Returns & Exchange Policy:

If you need to return or exchange any of your Patara products for any reason, please click here to visit our returns and exchanges portal.  Make sure you have your order number and email ready. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to exchange for a different style, you will not be able to do that through this link. Please email us at info@patarashoes.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To request a return or exchange, kindly follow the link above. Returns or exchange must be done within 30 days from the initial delivery date. Please ensure the shoes are sent back within 30 days of starting the return or exchange process. If the product hasn't reached us within 30 days of the label being issued, we may cancel the return and decline acceptance.

The item must remain in its original, unused, and unworn condition, including its packaging. Any indication of external wear will lead to a cancellation of the return or exchange. We recommend trying on the shoes indoors for an extended period to assess fit and preference before making a decision to keep them.

Please note that international sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged at the time of receiving the package.

Orders placed on November 22nd through December 25th will qualify for an extended return and exchange window of 45 days. 

Exchanges

Patara offers free shipping both ways on U.S. exchanges. Follow the link above to begin the exchange process and you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Your new items will be shipped out once we receive your original item and it has been inspected by our team for wear or damage. Once it has been inspected a new order will be generated and shipped. Once delivered to our warehouse, exchanges and returns could take anywhere from 6-10 business days to be inspected and/or processed.

If a customer attempts to falsely claim that a product was missing from their delivery and we have evidence that it was included, the customer forfeits their right to a refund or exchange, and all sales will be considered final.

Refunds

Follow the link above to begin the the return process and you will receive a prepaid shipping label. You are also welcome to ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. Customers are required to pay the cost of shipping which will be deducted from your refund or credit, unless an item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and size of package. Refunds and/or credits will be applied to the original method of payment once all items have been received and inspected. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the item(s) have been received.

Sale items

Merchandise marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. General sale items may be returned or exchanged. General or Final sales on items are only valid at the time of purchase and will not be retroactively applied to previous orders already placed.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please submit any cancellation via email to info@patarashoes.com

Email cancellations must contain your first name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must match the information that was used when you submitted on your order. 

Cancellations received after the order has been shipped out will be refunded less return shipping costs. If an order has already processed we are unable to cancel it. It will need to be returned for a refund once the product is received.
